(Portland, OR)  --  The head of a Portland psychiatric facility is stepping down from her position.  OregonLive reports that Chris Farentinos has resigned as the leader at Unity Center for Behavioral Health.  She'll be out as of February 1st but will stay on as an advisory member of the board.  Unity has been dogged by reports of neglect and abuse in the two years it's been open.  A federal and state probe found that staff members were poorly trained and overworked.
