(Portland, OR)  --  The search for an armed suspect wanted on multiple charges is over after he was found hiding out in a home's basement.  Police began searching for 32-year-old Andrew Hernandez yesterday after he crashed a Toyota Tacoma into another vehicle and fled the scene on foot.  Police found him hiding in a basement at a home on Southeast Glenwood Street early this morning and arrested him on charges of second-degree assault, strangulation and parole violation.
