(Portland, OR)  --  Police are releasing the identity of a pedestrian who was struck by a car and killed while walking on Northeast Airport Way.  The Portland Police Bureau says 34-year-old Rachelle Cox was walking on the sidewalk near Mason Street Saturday when the car hit her.  She was pronounced dead at the scene.  Police say they have seized the driver's vehicle as evidence.
