(Salem, OR)  --  A woman is charged with murder after allegedly shooting and killing her boyfriend in Salem.  Police arrested 24-year-old April Gamblin for the shooting at a home in southeast Salem Tuesday afternoon.  Responding officers found 32-year-old Joshua Tate dead inside the home.  It's not yet clear what led to the shooting.
