(Portland, OR)  --  A girl is hospitalized after being hit by a car in northwest Vancouver.  Police say the child was struck yesterday afternoon after running in front of a minivan on 114th Street at Northwest 3rd Avenue.  Police say the driver is cooperating with investigators.
