(Portland, OR)  --  One man is hospitalized with serious injuries after being hit by a car while walking in southeast Portland.  Police say the man was crossing the street at Southeast Powell Boulevard and 167th Avenue last night when a driver struck him.  The victim is expected to survive his injuries.  Police say the driver is cooperating with investigators.
