(Portland, OR)  --  Portland is being called the second most popular city in the world for vegans.  A new study from foodie website Chef's Pencil ranks Portland second in the world for veganism in 2018.  The UK city of Bristol came in first place.  Seattle and Los Angeles were the only other American cities to make the top ten list.
