(Portland, OR)  --  A man is facing charges after allegedly using an ax to smash a window at a Portland Fire Station.  Police say 30-year-old Joseph Coffin was likely under the influence when he smashed the window at Portland Fire Station 19 yesterday.  Responding officers found him pacing nearby and arrested him after a brief foot chase.
