Bail Set At $4M For Man Accused Of Secretly Filming People In Bathrooms

(Portland, OR)  --  Bail is set at four-million dollars for a man accused of secretly filming people in his workplace bathroom.  Thirty-four-year-old Johnny Chan appeared in court yesterday.  He's accused of installing cameras in the bathrooms and changing rooms of the pharmacy he worked for and secretly filming 51 people.  He allegedly filmed 27 more victims while working at a Banana Republic store in Portland.
