(Portland, OR)  --  The Oregon Zoo is lending a hand to federal workers who are furloughed during the government shutdown.  The Portland attraction is offering free admission to all federal employees who are out of work because of the financial crisis.  OregonLive reports that affected workers can get the free pass by showing their federal ID or badge.
