(Portland, OR)  --  The principal of Lake Oswego Junior High School is facing charges after being arrested for DUII.  Police arrested Kevin Mills Friday night on Debok Road and administered a breathalyzer, which they say registered a blood alcohol content of point-ten-percent.  The Lake Oswego Schools superintendent released a statement calling the incident "disappointing and unacceptable."
