(Portland, OR)  --  A man is facing DUII charges after allegedly crashing a Porsche 911  into a building in southeast Portland and then trying to flee the scene.  Police arrested 30-year-old Vasiliy Kutsar for the crash early yesterday near Southeast Grand Avenue and Washington Street.  Police say witnesses helped them track Kutsar down to arrest him.
