(Hillsboro, OR)  --  Intel reportedly plans to invest billions of dollars in a new factory in Oregon.  Sources familiar with the plan say the factory would focus on designing the next generation of computer chips.  Intel could reportedly start building the cutting edge facility by the end of June.  It would apparently add a third part to the Hillsboro research center called D1X.
