(Lincoln City, OR)  --  Police in are warning the public after finding a credit card skimmer on an ATM in Lincoln City.  Police say several people have had their personal information stolen after using the ATM at the TLC-Fibre Federal Credit Union.  The police department has released surveillance footage of the man they believed installed the skimmer.  Investigators believe the skimmer was installed on January 8th and removed early January 10th.
