(Portland, OR)  --  One person is dead and another is hospitalized following a single-car crash on a highway in Hillsboro.  Police say the car was driving on Southwest Hillsboro Highway near Southwest Morilon Lane just after midnight when it left the roadway and crashed into a tree.  A passenger in the car was ejected in the crash and died.  A second passenger was treated at the scene, while the driver was rushed to a local trauma hospital and is expected to survive.
