(Vancouver, WA) -- At least a dozen businesses are in repair mode following a three-alarm fire at a strip mall in Vancouver. Firefighters responded to the blaze that started inside Chic Boutique on Northeast Highway 99 Saturday. Fire officials say one witness reported seeing sparks shoot out of a light fixture in the store before the lights went out. Three businesses suffered extensive damage in the fire, while nine other businesses suffered some less serious smoke or water damage.
