(Phoenix, AZ)  --  Oregon is snagging first place on a new list of driver-friendly states.  WalletHub ranks Oregon number one in its 2019 Best & Worst States to Drive in.  States were rated in 30 categories, including rush hour traffic congestion, gas prices and road quality.  Overall, Oregon was rated the best state for driving, while Hawaii was the worst.
