(Portland, OR)  --  No injuries are being reported after a train crashed into a tow truck in Milwaukie.  Police say the tow truck driver had parked on the tracks at Southeast Harmony Road and Railroad Avenue last night to hook up a disabled vehicle when a Union Pacific train struck it.  Police arrested the tow truck driver on an outstanding warrant and have identified him as 37-year-old Shayne Davis.
