(Portland, OR)  --  Police are searching for a man accused of stealing thousands of dollars in jewelry from a Portland pawn shop and then trying to pawn it off at a shop owned by the same company.  Police say the man entered All That Glitters Jewelry and Loan on Lombard Street Sunday night and snatched a ring out of an employee's hand after asking to see it.  The ring was valued at eleven-thousand dollars.  Less than a day later, the man reportedly walked into a different pawn shop owned by the same company and tried to sell the ring, but the owner recognized it as stolen.  The suspect allegedly tried to grab the ring back out of the owner's hand but failed and fled the scene on foot.  Police have released surveillance footage showing the suspect.
