(Portland, OR)  --  A man is facing charges after allegedly groping a woman in Corvallis.  Police arrested Kevin Quintero-Serrano yesterday for the incident near Northwest 11th Avenue and Buchanan.  Police say he grabbed a woman, but she knocked him to the ground and ran away to call 9-1-1.  Police found him a few blocks away and arrested him.
