(Portland, OR)  --  A woman is recovering after becoming trapped inside her crashed pickup truck for more than five hours.  Police say the 52-year-old woman crashed on Schooner Creek Road near Lincoln City around 2:30 yesterday morning.  Rescue crews received word of the crash just after 7:30 and rushed to the scene.  Crews extricated her from the vehicle and rushed her to a hospital.  Paramedics say the woman might not have survived the ordeal had she not been dressed for the cold.
