(Vancouver, WA)  --  Vancouver Public Works is issuing a warning about an email scam targeting its customers.  The utility says the scammer has emailed several customers from a City of Vancouver Account Payable address.  The email asks customers to either download a phony invoice file or to click on a link to share account information.  Vancouver Public Works says it will never do either of those things.
