(Portland, OR)  --  Authorities are releasing the identity of a man accused of killing a man and a dog and injuring a woman in northeast Portland.  The Multnomah County District Attorney's Office says Reza Chehrazi Mardani has been indicted on seven charges including murder, attempted aggravated murder and aggravated animal abuse.  Police say Mardani shot George Atkeson, Darlene Kelley and Kelley's dog Mai Tai at a home on Northeast 74th Avenue earlier this month.  Atkeson and Mai Tai died while Kelley was hospitalized for serious injuries.
