(Portland, OR)  --  A popular restaurant in southeast Portland is shutting its doors after more than two decades.  Noho's Hawaiian Cafe says they're closing up their location on Southeast Clinton Street.  Noho says they plan to combine the restaurant's operations with their restaurant on Northeast Fremont Street.
