(Portland, OR)  --  Police are searching for a man accused of "upskirting" a woman at a grocery store in Stayton.  Leigha Bundy tells KATU she was at the Safeway store on North 1st Street Sunday morning when she turned around to find a man awkwardly holding his phone out.  Bundy asked the store manager to review the surveillance footage and discovered that the man had used his cell phone to take a photo up her skirt.  State lawmakers made the practice of "upskirting" a crime in 2015.
