(Missoula, MT) -- An Oregon man who was high on meth and bath salts when he partially buried a baby in Montana's Lolo National Forest last year, is changing his plea to guilty. Francis Carlton Crowley told officers he wrecked his car near Lolo Hot Springs on July 8th, and decided the baby was too heavy to carry back. Officers rescued the boy, who was found face-down in a pile of sticks. Crowley's next court date is in March.
