(Vancouver, WA)  --  Police are releasing the identity of a man found naked and in medical distress along the Washougal River in Clark County.  The Clark County Sheriff's Office says 43-year-old John Mullenmeister of Minnesota died Saturday after being rushed to a hospital.  Someone called 9-1-1 after finding him along the river bank near milepost 7.  An investigation is ongoing.
