(Cottage Grove, OR)  --  A Cottage Grove woman is warning folks about a scam involving the Mega Millions lottery.  Kristy Lycett tells KVAL she received a letter late last month claiming she'd won four-point-five-million dollars.  Lycett says she didn't even buy a lottery ticket.  She says she called the phone number listed on the letter and was informed she needed to send them money in order to receive her winnings.  Police say they've seen similar scams in the past.
