(Seattle, WA)  --  Portland is being called one of the top five healthiest cities in the nation.  A new study  from WalletHub judged more than 170 big cities in America on more than 40 factors, including medical costs, fitness clubs per capita and vegetable consumption.  Portland ranked fourth in the nation.  San Francisco came in first place, followed by Seattle in second.  San Diego ranked third best and Washington, DC rounds out the five..
