(Portland, OR)  --  A juvenile is in police custody after allegedly threatening to harm himself and others.  Portland police responded to an area on Northeast 160th Avenue yesterday afternoon on reports of an armed man.  Responding officers learned the man was actually a minor and took him into custody.  The incident briefly closed down roads in the area.  No injuries were reported.
