(Portland, OR)  --  A Portland mathematician is ending his "Jeopardy!" run.  Bif Reiser lost last night to a Texas attorney, who won 48-thousand dollars to become the new "Jeopardy!" champion.  Reiser entered last night's Final Jeopardy in second place, and while he entered the correct answer, he didn't bet enough money to make it into first place.
