(Vancouver, WA)  --  Health authorities are cautiously watching the measles outbreak in southwestern Washington.  The Oregonian reports that yesterday was the third consecutive day with no new cases reported, but they say it's too early to say the outbreak is over.  More than 50 people have contracted the disease during the current outbreak.
