(Portland, OR)  --  No injuries are reported following a fire at a vacant home in Lebanon.  Firefighters responded to the home on East Oak Street early yesterday morning and were able to extinguish the flames within an hour.  Fire officials say the home was likely being used by transients when the fire sparked.
