(Portland, OR)  --  A woman is facing charges in connection to the death of a one-year-old boy in her care.  Police arrested 20-year-old Amber Marie Scott Wednesday on a charge of first-degree manslaughter.  Police say Scott was caring for the child on February 19th when the child became unresponsive and was rushed to a hospital.  The child died in the hospital on Monday.  Police say investigators have determined the child's breathing was restricted before he became unresponsive.
