(Portland, OR)  --  A state funeral is scheduled next week for Secretary of State Dennis Richardson, who died Tuesday after a battle with cancer.  Richardson's body will lie in state at the Oregon Capitol next Wednesday.  The public is invited to visit and pay their respects from 9 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.  Richardson's service will start at 2 p.m.
