(Vancouver, WA)  --  Police in Vancouver are releasing the identities of the officers who shot and killed a suspect accused of waving his gun at passers-by late last week.  The Vancouver Police Department says officers Christopher Douville and Andrew Dunbar opened fire on the man Thursday, killing him.  Both officers have been placed on leave per standard procedure.  Police say the suspect brandished his gun at the officers before they opened fire, killing him.
