(Portland, OR)  --  Police say they've arrested one person in connection to a murder in Florence.  Police arrested 61-year-old Kevin Lee Cooper Saturday.  He's accused of killing one person at a home on Munsel Creek Drive.  It's not yet clear how the victim was killed.  An investigation is ongoing.
