(Portland, OR)  --  A man and his dog are dead following a mobile home fire in Keizer.  Firefighters responded to the blaze in the Rainbow Gardens Mobile Village yesterday morning after a neighbor saw the smoke and called 9-1-1.  A man and dog living in the home were killed, and a woman living inside the home was injured, as was a neighbor who tried to help.  An investigation is ongoing into what sparked the blaze.
