(Portland, OR)  --  A Milwaukie man is facing hit-and-run charges after allegedly crashing into a boat and a van in a driveway in Clackamas County.  Police say Robert Binder crashed into the vehicles Sunday night while going about 40 miles per hour.  He then allegedly drove home to ditch his damaged car and took a separate vehicle to a nearby bar.  Police found him there and arrested him.
