(Portland, OR)  --  A missing and dangerous psychiatric patient is back in custody.  The state Psychiatric Security Review Board says 50-year-old Brian Campbell turned himself in yesterday in downtown Portland.  Authorities were searching for him after he unexpectedly left his treatment facility in southeast Portland Monday morning.  The board says Campbell is currently on conditional release.
