(Portland, OR)  --  An investigation is ongoing into a water main break that led to a mudslide that threatened an apartment complex in southwest Portland.  The Portland Water Bureau says they're still looking into what caused Sunday night's break on Southwest Barbur Boulevard.  The subsequent flooding destabilized a hillside and sent mud and debris flowing toward a nearby apartment.  Crews restored water to the area yesterday afternoon.
