(Portland, OR)  --  A Gresham woman is charged with murder for the Valentine's Day death of a man inside her home.  KATU reports 23-year-old Schwanna Waters was arraigned yesterday on two counts of murder with a firearm for the death of John Romanger.  Police originally arrested Waters on a charge of manslaughter.  Waters told police that Romanger was robbing her home when she shot him, but police say they've since determined he wasn't committing any crimes when he was shot.
