(Portland, OR)  --  A public memorial service is scheduled for next month for the late former Oregon Secretary of State Norma Paulus.  The service is set for April 27th at Willamette University in Salem.  Paulus died last week at the age of 85.  She was the first woman to ever be elected to state office in Oregon.
