(Portland, OR)  --  A man is facing possible charges after allegedly stabbing a police officer in the hand during an incident near a southeast Portland school.  Police responded to an area near Hosford Middle School yesterday afternoon on reports of an agitated man yelling and taking his clothes off while holding a hatchet.  Responding officers say the man charged at them and stabbed a police sergeant in the hand before officers were able to arrest him.  The injured sergeant was treated and has since been released.  The suspect was taken to a hospital for evaluation.
