(Junction City, OR)  --  Oregon State Police say icy roads are responsible for a crash yesterday morning between an SUV and one of their patrol cars.  Troopers say the SUV hit the patrol car off Territorial Highway near High Pass before flipping over into a nearby ditch.  While the trooper tried to assist the driver, another car nearly struck him.  The condition of the driver that hit the trooper's car is unknown.
