(Portland, OR)  --  One man is lucky to be alive after being rescued from an apartment fire in northwest Portland.  Firefighters responded to the apartment building on Northwest Glisan and Fourth last night for a blaze that started on the third floor.  Crews rescued one man from the building and took him to a hospital.  Another person inside the building was also hospitalized for smoke inhalation.  It's not yet clear what sparked the fire.
