(Portland, OR)  --  A 59-year-old man is dead after being struck by a car in Cornelius.  Police say the man was walking across Tualatin Valley Highway near Northwest 338th Avenue Saturday night when a driver crashed into him.  Police believe the driver may have been impaired.  An investigation is ongoing.
