(Portland, OR)  --  Police say they've arrested a man accused of setting more than 20 fires downtown over the weekend.  The Portland Police Bureau says they arrested Jack Vandorin Young Sunday night on two counts of first-degree arson.  Police believe he set more than 20 fires Friday through Sunday, including one in an elevator on 10th and Broadway.
