(Vancouver, WA)  --  A member of the Vancouver-based alt-right group Patriot Prayer and the Proud Boys is facing an assault charge.  The Multnomah County District Attorney's Office says Tusitala "Tiny" Toese was named in a secret indictment for an assault last June, along with fellow Proud Boy Donovan Flippo.  Police have arrested Flippo, who's scheduled to be arraigned today on charges of third-degree assault and fourth-degree assault.
