A man is facing more than a dozen years behind bars after kidnapping and sexually assaulting a woman before accidentally shooting her in southeast Portland.  A judge sentenced 44-year-old Anthony Stone to 13 years in prison and nine months in prison yesterday after he pleaded guilty to the charges.  Court records say he kidnapped a woman at gunpoint in 2016 and assaulted her before accidentally shooting her and then leaving.
